Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any website, course, program, 1:1 session, or other product or service offered by Moveditation Qigong (“Moveditation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), currently operated by GRAND PEARL RENTALS CO., LTD, a company registered in Thailand, doing business as Moveditation Qigong.
By accessing our website, purchasing a course, booking a session, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Moveditation's products and services. By purchasing or using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Moveditation's products and services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website, courses, and services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse our services — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with other users, sharing your account or course access with others, or using our materials in any way not permitted by these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this section.
Products, Payment & Refunds
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Moveditation Qigong, including but not limited to 1:1 private sessions, online courses, group programs, consultations, and any other product or service we offer now or in the future.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time; the price you pay is the price in effect at the time of your purchase.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Moveditation does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any product or service, including 1:1 sessions, online courses, group programs, consultations, and any other current or future offering, for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, missed sessions, inability to attend, or failure to complete a course. This no-refund policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable law. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer to reschedule a missed 1:1 session or extend access to course materials on a case-by-case basis; doing so does not create an obligation to do so in the future and does not waive this no-refund policy.
Health, Assumption of Risk & Medical Disclaimer
Moveditation's offerings involve physical movement, breathwork, and Qigong practice. You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical and mental fitness to participate. By participating in any Moveditation product or service, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and that you have consulted a licensed physician regarding any pre-existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or other health circumstance that could affect your ability to safely participate.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury that may result from participation, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint discomfort, dizziness, or aggravation of an existing condition. For self-directed offerings such as our online course, you understand the practice is unsupervised and that you may modify, pause, or stop any exercise at any time, and that doing so is your own responsibility. Nothing provided by Moveditation, including instruction from Noppasorn Laosunthornsub (“Julie”) or any other instructor, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care. Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue medical treatment because of anything you learn through our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Moveditation, GRAND PEARL RENTALS CO., LTD, Noppasorn Laosunthornsub (“Julie”), and their instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim or liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, written content, branding, and other materials provided by Moveditation are the intellectual property of Moveditation and/or Noppasorn Laosunthornsub (“Julie”) and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any course materials without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moveditation, GRAND PEARL RENTALS CO., LTD, and Noppasorn Laosunthornsub (“Julie”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Moveditation in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product, service, or course, without refund, if you breach these Terms — including the Acceptable Use or Intellectual Property sections. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the No-Refund policy, Health and liability provisions, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue to apply after termination.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any waiver, policy, or agreement referenced at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moveditation regarding your use of our products and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
Governing Law & Changes to These Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase or use of our services governs that transaction. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
